Start with the dashboard, check the module settings, and make sure AEGIS has the Discord permissions required by the feature you are configuring.
Open DashboardCheck that AEGIS is online, the bot can see the target channel, and its role is high enough to perform the requested action. For moderation, tickets, roles, and security features, verify the relevant Discord permissions too.
When reporting a bug, include the feature name, what you expected, what actually happened, and the approximate time it occurred. Never include your bot token, OAuth secret, passwords, or other private credentials.
Please report security vulnerabilities responsibly. Do not test destructive actions on servers you do not own or have permission to administer. Give enough detail to reproduce the issue safely.
