1. Acceptance of these terms
By adding AEGIS to a Discord server, using the AEGIS dashboard, or otherwise using an AEGIS service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The AEGIS service
AEGIS provides Discord server-management tools such as moderation, security, automation, tickets, logging, roles, and related dashboard controls. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the service evolves.
3. Acceptable use
You must use AEGIS lawfully and in a way that does not abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass the service or its security controls.
- Do not use AEGIS to facilitate illegal activity or abuse.
- Do not intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to another server, account, or AEGIS system.
- Do not use automated traffic or tooling to interfere with the dashboard or API.
4. Discord and server responsibility
AEGIS operates on top of Discord. You are responsible for your Discord server, permissions, roles, channels, moderation decisions, and compliance with Discord's rules. AEGIS does not replace Discord's own safety or moderation systems.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep AEGIS reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, Discord outages, hosting problems, bugs, or other events may temporarily affect the service.
6. Suspension or termination
Access to AEGIS may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties, including for serious abuse or security violations. You may stop using AEGIS at any time by removing the bot and discontinuing dashboard use.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
AEGIS is provided on an “as available” basis. No security or moderation system can guarantee that a Discord server will never be raided, compromised, or damaged. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AEGIS and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as AEGIS changes. When material changes are made, the updated date on this page will change. Continued use of AEGIS after an update means you accept the revised terms.
